It applies to all our services, including connectivity solutions, online portals, billing platforms, and integrations with third-party applications such as Meta platforms (e.g., WhatsApp OTP for onboarding).

1. Information We Collect
When you engage with us or require our services, we may collect the following categories of data:
Identity & Contact Information
Name, residential or business address, email address, phone number, and government-issued identification documents.
Account & Service Information
Business or organisational details, Starlink Kit ID, subscription details, invoices, payment history, service usage data, and customer account records.
Authentication & Security Data
Login credentials, one-time passwords (OTPs), verification tokens, access logs, and other security-related information used to protect your account and our systems.
Meta App Data (WhatsApp OTP)
WhatsApp phone numbers and OTP verification status used solely for Know Your Customer (KYC) and onboarding purposes. We do not access, store, or monitor personal chat content beyond the OTP exchange.
Financial Information
Bank account details, payment information, and, where applicable, Bank Verification Number (BVN).
Technical & Usage Data
IP addresses, browser type, device information, video recordings or photos (where applicable), system logs, and analytics data for security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
Employment-Related Data (for Staff and Contractors)
Curriculum vitae (CVs), next-of-kin details, bank details, certifications, training records, and other human resources information.
Industry-Specific & Compliance Data
Project site access records, regulatory compliance documentation, and other information required to meet industry and legal obligations.

We collect and process your personal data with your consent and will seek additional consent if we intend to use it for purposes beyond those originally stated. Consent will never be sought or used for activities that promote atrocities, hate, child rights violations, criminal acts, or anti-social conduct.

We collect data through forms, contracts, emails and communications, digital platforms, and authorised third parties.
Where applicable, personal data may also be received from other sources in compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

- Provide and manage connectivity services, including Starlink subscriptions.
- Enable customer onboarding, including KYC and OTP verification.
- Deliver self-service features: activating terminals, suspending/resuming service, monitoring performance, accessing invoices, and managing payments.
- Process transactions and send billing reminders.
- Improve, secure, and personalize our services.
- Comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
We do NOT: use your data to post on your behalf, send unauthorised marketing messages, or sell your information to advertisers.

We may share your data only under these circumstances:
Service Providers
With trusted partners that support hosting, billing, payment processing, authentication, and technical support.
Meta Platforms
With Meta (e.g., WhatsApp) strictly for OTP delivery and verification.
